Fees & Payment

Fees:

• For new/potential clients an orientation phone or video call: free of charge (15 min)

• Standard fee for a couple counseling session is €140 (80 min).

• Standard fee for marathon couples counselling €2.300 (3 days total 18 hours). Fees for offsite or weekends differ. A deposit of 50% is required at reservation, and the remainder of the payment is due 5 business days prior to the appointment.

• Standard fee for Individual Counselling is €85 (60 min)

• Home visits can be arranged for an additional €100 per session.

• I accept payment by bank transfer or cash.

• Pre-payment or payment directly after the session is required.

  Cancellations:

  Weekly sessions:

• There is a full fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

  Marathon sessions:

• Cancellations with full refund can be made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled appointment; after that refund will be 75%. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within a week.

Confidentiality

Counselling is strictly confidential, and nothing will be shared with third parties without your written permission.

Confidentiality may only be breached in extreme circumstances in order to comply with legal and/or professional ethical requirements, such as when the health and safety of yourself or another is at risk, or when required by a court of law.

Privacy

I adhere to the professional code of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP) and the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions, set out by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
