emotional struggles: feeling down, anxious, stressed, low-self worth, adapting to chronic health conditions or grief
relationship concerns in marriage, friendships, work or family, betrayal and divorce
It's particularly effective for developing coping skills, identifying underlying causes of symptoms, and facilitating lifestyle changes.
